Rate conditions
A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will not be refunded to the customer in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation terms and conditions
• No-shows, late arrivals or early departures will result in a 100% charge for the booking.
• Cancellations on the day of arrival require payment of the total booking amount.

Pets are NOT allowed.
• Check in
For check-in between 8pm and 10pm, a surcharge of €15.00 per booking is required. Check-in after 10pm is no longer possible.
• Reception
On Saturdays and Sundays, the reception is open by appointment only, by calling or writing half an hour before your arrival at (+39)3396267872.
• Check out
Check-out, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the reception, must be done by 10 am.
